Doorstep quoting

Build a real quote at the porch with equipment and plans, live pricing, and your commission worked out.

💵

Commission & 1099 financials

Per-deal commission, chargebacks, auto-mileage at the IRS rate, and a quarterly tax set-aside.

A knock map built for the actual street

Pull fresh leads — recently-sold homes and other sources — onto a live map, then work them like a route instead of a list. Every door you touch gets a color-coded disposition in one tap, so you always know what is knocked, what is a callback, and what is still cold. Territories keep the crew coordinated: trace a polygon, hand every lead inside to a rep, and nobody doubles up on the same block.

  • Recently-sold and imported leads on one map
  • One-tap color dispositions: not-home, callback, sold, no
  • Free-form territory polygons, assigned per rep
  • Filters and shortest-route planning for the day

Quote on the porch with the math already done

When someone says yes, you do not fumble with a paper packet. Build the quote right there — equipment, plans, pricing — and see the customer's number and your own commission before you walk to the next door. Honest note: the doorstep quoting engine is alarm-native today, powered by SecurityQS. Generalizing that porch quote to solar, pest and roofing is our active roadmap; the map, financials and coaching already work for every vertical.

  • Live pricing as you build the quote
  • Your commission worked out before you knock next
  • Send the quote and follow it to install
  • Alarm-native now; other verticals on the roadmap

Financials that treat you like the business you are

You are a 1099 rep, which means you are running a small business — so FieldStacker keeps the books like one. Every deal carries a real commission figure. Chargebacks and clawbacks net out so your numbers stay true. Your drive is logged at the IRS mileage rate, and an estimated quarterly tax set-aside means April is not an ambush. Settle a commission and it moves to a history ledger you can still edit after the fact.

  • Per-deal commission and settlement history
  • Chargebacks and clawbacks that net down accurately
  • Auto-mileage logged at the IRS rate
  • Quarterly self-employed tax set-aside

For the crew and the manager

Solo tools that scale up the moment you add a second rep.

📍

Team live GPS map

See where the crew is working on a live map, with verified knocks attributed to the rep who made them. Live location is opt-in and off by default — a manager can request it, but the rep controls it.

🗂️

Lead & territory assignment

Import leads, draw territories, and hand every door inside a polygon to a rep in one action. Assigned reps get notified, and the map shows live counts of leads inside each territory.

🏆

Sales-league leaderboard

Weekly standings, tiers, badges and streaks. The leaderboard turns knocking into a competition, and managers get a read on who is hot and who has gone quiet.

An AI coach that drills between knocks

Objections are the whole job, so FieldStacker gives every rep an AI roleplay coach to practice against on the walk to the next door. It detects the objection a rep keeps losing to, shows the hours of day their answer rate is highest, and rolls up who on the team needs coaching on what — so a manager spends the ride-along on the right person, not a guess.

  • AI roleplay for real doorstep objections
  • Weakest-objection detection per rep
  • Prime-time answer-rate by hour
  • Manager digest: who to coach, on what

Rep and tech in one app

The sold quote does not get re-typed into a second system — it becomes the install job.

📦

Inventory

Each tech carries their own stock. Completing an install deducts the equipment actually used, and reimbursement math flows back to the deal so payouts stay honest.

📸

Install photos

Attach photos to any install and see them on the job card. Proof of work lives with the deal, not in a camera roll nobody can find.

🧾

Side-job invoicing

Techs run their own side jobs off separate stock: build an invoice, add Cash App, Venmo or Zelle, print it, and mark it done to deduct the parts used.

Stay in front of customers

A digital card, reviews, and follow-ups that fire

The deal is not over at the handshake. Share a digital business card that puts your name, contact and offer one tap away. Capture reviews from happy customers to build a reputation that opens the next door. And follow-up reminders make sure the maybe from Tuesday gets a knock on Thursday instead of vanishing into a notes app.

  • Shareable digital business card
  • Review capture from happy customers
  • Follow-up reminders on warm doors
  • Customers derived from your real quotes

Feature questions

Does every feature work for every industry?

The lead map, territories, dispositions, mileage, commission and 1099 financials, team GPS map, leaderboard and AI coaching are vertical-agnostic — they work the same whether you sell alarms, solar, pest or roofing. The doorstep quoting engine is the one piece that is alarm-native today; generalizing that porch quote to other verticals is our active roadmap, so we would rather tell you straight than overclaim.

Can I use just the map and financials without quoting?

Yes. Plenty of reps live in the knock map and the financials and quote elsewhere for now. You turn on what you need and ignore the rest — nothing forces you into a workflow, and you are not paying per feature.

Do the financials really handle 1099 taxes?

FieldStacker tracks per-deal commission, chargebacks and clawbacks, logs your drive at the IRS mileage rate, and sets aside an estimated quarterly tax number so a self-employed rep is not scrambling in April. It is bookkeeping built for a 1099 door-knocker, not a replacement for your accountant.

Is the team GPS tracking always on?

No. Live location is opt-in per rep and off by default. A manager can request a live location, but a rep chooses whether to share it, and turning it off wipes the last position. Verified knocks are attributed by rep so managers can see coverage without demanding a constant GPS feed.

How much does all of this cost?

Every feature here is included in flat month-to-month plans from $25/mo for a solo rep up to team plans, with a 30-day free trial and no credit card. No feature is walled off behind an enterprise upsell — see the pricing page for the full breakdown.
