Our story

One platform, every door

FieldStacker was built by people who knocked the doors, ran the routes and did the 1099 math the hard way — so the app carries the weight instead of the rep.

Why we built it

From the clipboard and the spreadsheet to one app

Door-to-door sales runs on a clipboard for leads, a phone maps app for routing, a paper quote sheet at the porch, and a shoebox of receipts at tax time. Every one of those is a place to lose a deal or lose a dollar. We had lived all four, so we set out to fold them into a single app that fits in a rep's pocket.

The rule was simple: if it did not help someone standing on a doorstep, it did not go in. That is why FieldStacker looks like a field tool, not an enterprise dashboard — a map, a quote, a commission number, and the next warmest door.

What we believe

A few opinions that shaped every screen.

🧍

The solo rep comes first

The independent 1099 rep gets the same lead map, quoting and financials the big platforms hide behind enterprise contracts — for $25/mo, not a sales call.

💵

Your numbers should be honest

Real per-deal commission, chargebacks, auto-mileage at the IRS rate, and a tax set-aside — because a rep is a business, and a business needs true numbers.

📅

No lock-in, ever

Flat month-to-month pricing, a 30-day free trial with no card, no seat minimums and no annual contract. Earn the renewal every month or lose it.

Say what's real

Some of the multi-industry vision is still roadmap. We would rather tell you exactly what works today than sell you a promise you find out about later.

The vision

Stack every industry a rep can sell

Most reps do not sell one thing forever. The same person who sells alarms in the spring is knocking solar in the summer and roofing after the next storm. So why run three apps, three logins and three sets of numbers?

FieldStacker's goal is to be the one place all of that lives — flip on the industries you work and let the map, the quoting and the financials carry across them. We are honest about where we are: the map, leads, financials, coaching and leaderboard are already vertical-agnostic, and the doorstep quoting engine started alarm-native. Generalizing that quoting engine cleanly to solar, pest and roofing is the road we are actively building.

FieldStacker and SecurityQS: two doors, one platform

The part people ask about most.

FieldStacker did not come out of nowhere. It grew out of SecurityQS, our alarm-native product built for security reps and installers. When we saw the same map, quoting and 1099 tooling worked for any door-to-door team, we opened a second front door for every other industry — and kept the engine underneath shared.

  • SecurityQS — the alarm-native front door, tuned for security reps and techs
  • FieldStacker — the multi-industry front door for solar, pest, roofing and beyond
  • One shared backend, one database, one account — your leads, quotes and financials follow you between doors
  • Pick the door that fits how you sell; nothing gets re-entered or left behind

The short version

The whole thing, in one flow.

1

Built on the street

Every feature started as something a rep or tech actually needed at the door — nothing bolted on to look good in a demo.

2

Opened to every industry

The map, leads and financials that worked for alarms work for any canvassing team, so we opened a door for all of them.

3

Still shipping honestly

One shared platform, priced flat and month-to-month, with a roadmap we will tell you about instead of overselling.

Questions about the company

Is FieldStacker the same company as SecurityQS?

Yes. FieldStacker and SecurityQS are two front doors to the same platform, database and team. SecurityQS is the alarm-native product built for security reps; FieldStacker is the multi-industry front door for solar, pest, roofing and beyond. Your account, leads, quotes and financials live in one shared system — you just choose the door that fits how you sell.

Who builds FieldStacker?

A small team that came up knocking doors and installing systems, not a venture-backed sales-software company. Every feature started as something a rep or a tech actually needed on the street — a lead map, a doorstep quote, an honest 1099 tax number — which is why the app runs on a phone and skips the enterprise clutter.

Is the multi-industry part finished?

Honestly, not entirely. The map, leads, financials, coaching and leaderboard are vertical-agnostic and work for any door-to-door team today. The doorstep quoting engine is alarm-native right now, and generalizing it cleanly to solar, pest and roofing is our active roadmap — we would rather tell you that than overclaim.

Do I have to pick FieldStacker or SecurityQS?

No. It is one login either way. If you mostly sell alarms, SecurityQS may feel more at home; if you sell across industries, FieldStacker is your front door. You can use whichever fits and your data follows you, because underneath it is the same platform.

What does it cost to try?

Flat, month-to-month pricing from $25/mo up to team plans at $250/mo, with a 30-day free trial and no credit card. No seat minimums, no annual contract, cancel any time. See the pricing page for every plan.
