Maid service business software for when it's not just you anymore
Three maids, then six, then two teams. Give every cleaner their own day on their phone, the same checklist and the client's notes, and see the whole crew on one board, without paying for a seat per maid.
14-day free trial · no credit card · from $30/mo · your maids are free
The hard part of a maid service isn't the cleaning. It is the moment the owner stops cleaning and starts dispatching. Suddenly you are the person who knows which maid has a key to which house, who is allergic to the client's cat, who is running late, and whether the Thursday clean got done. If that lives in your head and your texts, every sick day becomes a scramble.
Residential cleaning software for a team has to move that knowledge out of your head and into the job. Then any maid can walk into any house and clean it your way, and you can see the day from the office, or from your own phone while you're still cleaning.
Running a team of maids, day to day
The pieces that let you stop being the dispatcher.
Maids join free
Add each cleaner as a technician at no extra cost. They sign in on their phone and see only their day.
One board for the team
Every maid down the side, every day across the top, with how many hours each one is booked.
Your standard, written down
The 35-step home cleaning checklist, room by room, edited to your way. New hires follow it from day one.
Time clock and hours
Maids clock in and out on their phone. You get timesheets and a payroll email of hours each week.
Routes and on my way
Put each maid's day in driving order. With the texting add-on, one tap tells the client the maid is coming, with an ETA.
Tips to the maid
An optional tip on card payments goes to the cleaner who did the work, which helps you keep good ones.

See every maid's day at a glance
The schedule board puts each maid in a row with their booked hours, so you can see who has a light Wednesday and who is stacked. When a maid calls in sick, drag her cleans to someone else and the clients' calendar invites move with them. To keep a regular with the same maid, keep their cleans in her row; clients notice when the same person comes every time.
- Hours scheduled per maid, shown on the board
- Drag a clean to another maid or another day
- New online bookings marked unconfirmed until you accept
- Job offers to send an open clean to a maid who wants hours
Every maid knows the house before she walks in
Job notes carry what the client told you: the key under the planter, the bedroom that stays closed, the products they don't want used. The checklist opens by confirming pets, the alarm code and parking, and closes with a walk through every room, resetting the alarm and photos of the finished rooms. When the clean is marked done, the client's saved card is charged, or the maid takes payment on the spot with an optional tip.
- Notes and checklist on the maid's phone, per job
- Photos of finished rooms saved on the job
- Card on file charged when the clean is done
- Each maid can carry her own supplies as stock
Clients book once, your team keeps them
A maid service grows on regulars, and regulars stay when nothing falls through. When a client starts a plan they get a confirmation with their first clean, the price per visit and a link to manage their cleans. Reminders go out the day before and two hours before each visit. If they need to move a clean, they do it from their page instead of calling the maid's personal phone.
- Confirmation email with the first clean and price per visit
- Reminders the day before and two hours before
- Clients move or cancel visits on their own page
- Thank-you email with a review request after payment
What a team of maids costs to run here
The owner plan is $30/mo, or $25/mo billed yearly, and maids added as technicians are free. If an office manager or a second owner needs to quote and schedule too, the Team plan is $60/mo with two seats, and extra seats are $20 each. Texting, for on-my-way and two-way messages, is a $15/mo add-on for 600 texts from your own business number. Card payments go through your own Stripe account at standard rates, with nothing added by FieldStacker.
Compare that with tools that charge for each user: Jobber, for example, lists $29/mo per extra user (checked October 26, 2026), so a team adds up quickly. If you are weighing ZenMaid, see our ZenMaid comparison. For pricing by bedroom and bathroom and online quotes, see house cleaning business software.
Maid service software questions
What is the best maid service business software for a growing team?
Look for three things: maids who don't cost a seat each, a board that shows every maid's day, and a checklist so new hires clean the way you do. FieldStacker has all three, plus booking, recurring plans and card payments, from $30/mo for the owner.
Do I pay for each maid?
No. Maids and cleaners you add as technicians are free on every paid plan. You pay for the owner seat, and for office seats only if someone else needs to schedule and quote, on the Team plan at $60/mo with two seats included.
Is this the same as your house cleaning business software?
Same app, different focus. Our house cleaning page covers pricing by bedroom and bathroom, online quotes and plans. This page covers running a team of maids: who goes where, how they are tracked, timed and tipped.
Can my maids see only their own jobs?
Each cleaner sees their own day on their phone, opens each job with its notes and checklist, and marks it done. You and your office see the whole board.
Does residential cleaning software like this run payroll?
No. FieldStacker has a time clock with timesheets and a payroll email of hours, which you send to whoever runs your payroll. It does not pay your maids.
Can clients tip the maid who cleaned?
Yes. When a card payment is taken, the client sees an optional tip, and the tip goes to the cleaner who did the work.
