New homeowner postcards for alarm companies

Welcome home postcards with a painting of their own house

Each week FieldStacker finds the homes that just sold in your area. Every house is painted as a watercolor with your yard sign already in the lawn, and mailed as a postcard with your logo, your offer and your phone number. You check every card before it prints, and every QR code tells you which address scanned it.

$0.99 a card, printed and mailed · every QR tracked by address · ROI on every mailing · 14-day free trial

Postcard front: a watercolor painting of a single-story stucco home with a Kiwi Alarms yard sign in the front lawn, under a top band with the Kiwi Alarms logo and New Home? Protect It From Day One., and a bottom band with the offer, website and phone number Postcard back: the Kiwi Alarms message and owner photo on the left; on the right a QR code with Call or scan today 775-247-7782, and below it the mailing address Current Resident, 1234 Welcome Home Way, Reno NV

A Kiwi Alarms card made in FieldStacker. The house and the address are samples, not a real customer’s.

The short answer: FieldStacker brings in the newest home sales in your area every Friday night. You paint the houses on your computer with Codex or ChatGPT, using the folder and instructions we give you, and each one becomes a 6x9 postcard: their house as a watercolor, your yard sign in the lawn, your logo, offer and phone number. You check every card, press Send, and they’re printed and mailed for $0.99 each. The QR code on each card opens your page with their own painted house at the top, and every scan is tied to the address it was mailed to, so you know exactly which new homeowners looked.

Someone who just bought a house gets a stack of mail from every company in town. Most of it looks the same. A painting of their new home doesn’t. It’s about them, it’s something they want to keep, and your sign is already standing in their lawn. That’s the picture you want on their fridge while they’re choosing an alarm company.

From a home sale to their mailbox

Set it up once. After that it’s one evening a week.

1

New homes come in

Every Friday at 9 pm your time, the week’s newest sales in the area you picked are added to your list.

2

Paint them

Download the week’s folder, open it in Codex and say “do the welcome photos.” It paints each house from the street with your sign in the lawn.

3

Check every card

Upload the paintings and look over each finished card. Untick any you don’t want, or mark one to be painted again.

4

Press Send

Your cards are printed and mailed, 20 or more at a time. Nothing prints until you send.

The painting

Their house, with your sign in the lawn

The folder you download has the house photos, your yard sign, your card front and step-by-step instructions, so the painting comes out the same way every week: a soft watercolor from the street, the whole house and your sign framed between the bands of your design.

  • Your real yard sign, the right size, a few steps in front of the house
  • Aerial and back-yard photos are painted too, imagined from the street
  • Inside photos are never painted; those houses get your default card
  • Each painting comes back with the photo’s name, so it lands on the right card

No Codex? ChatGPT works too, one house at a time, with the same instructions.

What’s on the card

A 6x9 postcard, printed in full colour and mailed for you.

🏡

The front

The painting of their house with your sign in the lawn, between a top band with your logo and headline and a bottom band with your offer, website and phone number. Use the front we make from your logo, or upload your own design.

📬

The back

Your message and your logo across the left. Down the right side, a QR code made for that one household with “Call or scan today” and your phone number, and below it their address and postage.

When they scan it

Your page opens with their painted house

Each card’s QR code is made for that household. It opens your landing page with their own painting at the top, then your offer and a way to reach you. Each scan is counted on that house.

  • We design the page for you, for free
  • Or design it yourself in ChatGPT with the prompt we give you

Know which address scanned, and what it earned you

Every QR code is made for one household, so no scan is anonymous.

📍

Tracked by address

Your campaign report lists each visit by the address the card was mailed to, how many times that card was scanned, and what they did on your page. The scan is added to that house’s history on your map too, so you can knock the houses that looked first.

The return, worked out

Postcard Results puts your welcome-home cards on their own line: cards mailed, what they cost, households that scanned, leads, jobs won, money won and collected, your return and your cost per job. A job counts when that household scanned its card or it’s at the same address, within 90 days, and the two are shown apart.

Welcome home postcard questions

How much does a welcome-home card cost?

It is $0.99 a card, printed in full colour and mailed. That is a 6x9 postcard with the painting of their house, your logo, your offer and your phone number. Setting up your card is free.

Is there a minimum?

Yes. A mailing is 20 cards or more. Cards you have checked wait until there are at least 20, then they go out together.

Who paints the houses?

You do, on your own computer, with Codex or ChatGPT. Each week you download a folder with that week's house photos, your yard sign, your card front and the instructions. Open it in Codex and say "do the welcome photos": it paints every house as a watercolor from the street with your sign in the lawn. Then you upload the paintings back. With ChatGPT you do the same one house at a time.

What if a house has no good photo?

Photos taken from the air or of the back yard are still sent to be painted: the house is imagined from the street. Inside photos never are. Any house without a usable picture gets your default card, a finished front you pick once, so it still gets mailed.

Do I see every card before it prints?

Yes. Every card waits in your list until you press Send. Untick the ones you don't want, mark a painting to be redone, or move the picture under your design. Nothing is printed or charged until you send.

Where does the QR code go?

Each card has its own QR code. It opens your landing page with that family's own painted house at the top, then your offer and a way to reach you. We can design the page for you for free, you can design it in ChatGPT with the prompt we give you, or you can use a page you already have.

Can I see which address scanned the QR code?

Yes. Every card's QR code belongs to one household, so a scan is never anonymous. Your campaign report lists each visit by the address it was mailed to, how many times that card was scanned, and what they did on your page, and the scan is added to that house's history on your map. Knock the houses that scanned first.

Can I see the return on my welcome-home postcards?

Yes. Postcard Results shows your welcome-home cards on their own line: cards mailed, what they cost, households that scanned, leads, jobs won, money won and collected, your return and your cost per job. A job counts for a card when that household scanned it or the job is at the same address, within 90 days, and the two are shown apart.

Are these new mover postcards?

Yes. They go to people who just bought a home in the area you pick, while they are choosing who protects it. The difference is the card itself: a painting of their own house with your sign in the lawn, instead of a stock photo.

How do I make the card?

A six-step setup walks you through it: your logo, your yard sign, the front, the back, your landing page and the weekly painting. Upload your own for any step, or tap Make it for me and we make it from your logo and colours.

When do new homes come in?

Every Friday at 9 pm your time, the newest home sales in the area you picked are added to your list, so you have the weekend to paint and check them. You can also check for new homes any time.

Who is it for?

Alarm and security companies mailing US addresses. The yard sign in the painting is yours, so the card only makes sense for a company with a sign.
