Disclosure: We make FieldStacker, so weigh our pick accordingly. We list it where it fits, not at the top by default, and we say what it does not do.
We judged each tool on price you can see, a trial without a card, fit for retail or insurance work, and how users are charged. Every competitor fact comes from that company's own pricing page on October 26, 2026; where we could not confirm something, we wrote "check their site."
The best CRM for roofing companies, by fit
Grouped by the kind of roofing company each one suits. Not a scoreboard.
AccuLynx
Best for insurance-heavy roofers with a production team. Two plans, Pro and Elite. Both include leads and CRM, estimates and contracts, a job milestone tracker, invoicing, job costs and a mobile field app. Elite adds supplement tracking, permits tracking, mortgage check tracking, a production calendar and commissions, which is the insurance and production depth many storm roofers want.
Price: custom quote; a monthly subscription option is offered.
Limitation: no published price and no free trial listed; you start with a demo. See our AccuLynx alternative page.
JobNimbus
Best for roofing and exterior companies that run on job boards and automations. Four plans, Essentials (up to 3 users) through Enterprise (20+). Every plan includes contacts, estimates, documents, e-sign, invoices, financing options, supplier integrations, QuickBooks integration and JobNimbus Payments. Boards and automations grow with the plan.
Price: request pricing on every plan. 14-day free trial, no credit card.
Limitation: no published price, and Essentials caps you at 3 boards and 10 active automations a month. See our JobNimbus alternative page.
Roofr
Best for roofers who want measurement reports and proposals together. Roofr does not charge per seat; every plan includes unlimited users. Measurement reports cover squares, pitch and edges, at $13 each on paid plans with 2-hour delivery on Essentials, or $19 on the free Starter plan. Scale adds crew management, job costs and QuickBooks.
Price: Starter $0; Essentials $249/mo billed monthly; Scale $349/mo billed monthly.
Limitation: the free plan stops at 10 trial proposals, invoices and work orders in total, and each report is paid per roof on top of the plan.
FieldStacker
Best for small retail and insurance roofers, and crews who also knock doors. Inspections, Good/Better/Best estimates with deposits and change orders, e-sign at the table, insurance claims priced from the adjuster's scope with supplement tracking, a bill of materials and material order from the measurement, rep commission plans, multi-day jobs on a schedule board, invoices, job costing and QuickBooks Online sync. A Measure roof button gives area, squares, average pitch and roof faces from satellite data, you can import a report you bought from EagleView, Roofr, Hover or GAF QuickMeasure, and the knock map shows homeowners with an owner reveal of up to 500 per area.
Price: Pro $30/mo ($25/mo yearly); Team $60/mo for you plus 2 seats. Roofers added as technicians are free. 14-day free trial, no card.
Limitation: it does not create Xactimate or ESX estimates, track mortgage checks or run a claim-stage production board, it has no direct supplier ordering, and the roof measure is a satellite estimate, not a certified report.
Jobber
Best for roofers who also run other home services and want a mature general platform. Core includes online booking, quotes, invoicing with online payments, a website and reporting. Connect adds automated reminders, quote and invoice follow-ups, checklists and QuickBooks Online sync. Grow adds optional line items, job costing and two-way texting.
Price: Core $49/mo billed monthly for 1 user; Connect from $139/mo; extra users $29/mo each. 14-day free trial, no card.
Limitation: not built around roofing, and job costing and optional line items start on Grow at $199/mo for 1 user. See FieldStacker vs Jobber.
ServiceTitan
Best for larger roofing companies with many crews and an office staff. Aimed at bigger residential and commercial trades, roofing among them, with Starter, Essentials and The Works plans, priced per technician.
Price: request pricing on every plan; no figures published.
Limitation: no published price, and contract and onboarding terms are not stated on the page. Check their site.

How to choose a roofing CRM
Four questions that narrow the list quickly.
Retail or insurance?
Carrier-paid roofs need supplements and claim stages. Homeowner-paid roofs need fast estimates, deposits and signatures.
Who needs a login?
Count office, sales and crew. Some tools charge every user, some none; FieldStacker charges seats but not technicians.
How do you measure?
Paid reports, a satellite estimate or a tape on the roof. Pick the one you trust for quoting.
Can you see the price?
A published price and a no-card trial let you test this week. Quote-only means a sales call first.
For the roofer who sells and builds
FieldStacker started as a door-knocking app and grew into the office: requests, estimates, schedule, invoices, job costing and a customer portal where homeowners pay invoices and see their estimates, receipts and visits. A roofer who knocks a neighborhood can quote, schedule and bill those roofs in the same app. Start with the roofing CRM and roofing software pages.
- Knock map, territories and owner reveal for door-to-door sales
- Estimates, deposits, change orders and e-sign at the table
- Insurance claims and supplements on the same estimate as a retail quote
- Customer portal on your own website domain when we host it
What FieldStacker's roofing tools look like
Screenshots from a demo account, so you can judge for yourself rather than take our word for it. The quote prices three roof options per square from the measurement. The measurement card tags each number with where it came from: Google's satellite estimate, traced on the map, or a report you imported. The claim card shows who pays what on an insurance roof.
The CRM that also knocks doors
Most roofing CRMs start once the lead is in the system. FieldStacker also covers how it got there: a knock map with your own dispositions, GPS-verified knocks, go-backs and territories. If your reps canvass, the roofing sales CRM page covers that side in detail.
Roofing CRM questions
What is the best roofing CRM software?
There is no single best roofing CRM software for every company. Insurance-heavy roofers with a large production team tend to pick AccuLynx or JobNimbus. Roofr suits roofers who want measurement reports with proposals. Small roofers, retail or insurance, who want a published price, estimates, claims, crews and invoices in one app, plus a door-knocking map, fit FieldStacker.
What is the best CRM for roofing companies that do insurance work?
Look for supplement tracking, claim stages and how the tool handles the carrier's scope. AccuLynx lists supplement tracking and mortgage check tracking on its Elite plan. FieldStacker handles the claim on the estimate: it can read the adjuster's scope PDF, prices at the replacement cost (RCV) plus approved supplements, asks for the ACV as the deposit and tracks supplements to approved or denied. It does not create Xactimate or ESX estimates, track mortgage checks or run a claim-stage production board, so a large insurance production team may still prefer AccuLynx or JobNimbus.
How much does a roofing CRM cost?
Published prices vary a lot. FieldStacker starts at $30/mo, Roofr has a free Starter plan and Essentials at $249/mo billed monthly, and Jobber Core is $49/mo billed monthly. JobNimbus, AccuLynx and ServiceTitan ask you to request a price. All figures were checked on October 26, 2026.
Is there a free roofing CRM?
Roofr's Starter plan is free with no time limit, with one job board and 10 trial proposals, invoices and work orders in total. JobNimbus, Jobber and FieldStacker each offer a 14-day free trial with no credit card. After that, FieldStacker Pro is $30/mo.
Which roofing CRM has roof measurements built in?
Roofr sells measurement reports from $13 each on paid plans. FieldStacker has a Measure roof button on the map that returns area, squares, average pitch and roof faces from satellite data for about a cent per house; it is not a certified report. FieldStacker does not sell reports, but it imports one you bought from EagleView, Roofr, Hover or GAF QuickMeasure and builds the material list from it. For the others, check their site for measurement integrations.
Can I switch roofing CRMs without losing my customers?
Usually, yes. Export your customers from your current system as a spreadsheet and import them into the new one. FieldStacker imports CSV or Excel files up to 250 MB with an undo, and we import your customers and jobs for free.
