What décor can I add?
Wreaths, small, medium, large and XL trees, bushes, spotlights, pathway lights, window and railing garland by the foot, and column wraps, each at your own price, plus five items you name yourself. Décor goes on the quote, the install sheet and the material list.
Does it schedule the takedown?
Yes. Once the customer approves the quote or the deposit is in, the takedown visit is booked on your Schedule board for the day you set after the season, 9 AM, and you can move it. On the day it works like any job: On my way, Start and Finish. You can also book it yourself from the install sheet.
How do renewals work next year?
From the day you choose in the fall, Holiday renewals lists everyone who bought from you last season, each with this season’s quote: the same design at your new prices, less a returning-customer discount you set. Send them all with one tap, or turn on sending by themselves. Each customer gets one a season, and only customers with an email address get one.
Can I change the deposit?
Yes. Set your usual holiday deposit percentage once, then change it on any quote: another percentage, a dollar amount, or no deposit. The customer pays it by card when they sign.
Can I show the homeowner their house with Christmas lights?
Yes. Take a photo of the house, trace the roofline, and the lights come on in the look you pick, including Christmas colours. Or make a photo-real AI picture with a Christmas or snowy-night scene. You can email it to them or mail it as a postcard.
Do I need a separate app for permanent lights?
No. The same quote has a Permanent or Holiday switch, so a company that sells both quotes both from one place, with their own prices, packages and deposits.
