Both Pro and Elite include leads and CRM with AI lead scoring, estimates and contracts, invoicing, aerial measurement ordering, supplier direct ordering, a mobile field app, job costing and profit forecasting. Elite adds a production calendar, supplement tracking, permit and mortgage-check tracking, commissions, prospecting reports and multiple locations. Payments (AccuPay), the customer portal, texting, the crew app and document automation are add-ons you switch on. AccuLynx says its team gives you "a custom price quote", it offers a monthly subscription with no contract, and the pages we read offer a demo rather than a free trial. For a production-heavy roofer, that is a lot of control. For a two-truck retail roofer who wins work at the door, most of it sits unused.

On October 26, 2026 its pricing and plan pages said its team provides a custom price quote for Pro and Elite, and add-ons like AccuPay, texting and the customer portal are switched on separately. FieldStacker Pro is $30/mo ($25/mo billed yearly), and Team Pro is $250/mo for 16 people.
What does the AccuLynx CRM do well?
It follows a roof from lead to final invoice: AI lead scoring, estimates and contracts, aerial measurement ordering, supplier ordering, job costing and profit forecasting. On Elite it also tracks supplements, permits, mortgage checks and commissions. That depth suits a roofing company with a real production team.
Is AccuLynx roofing software a good fit for a small roofing company?
It can be, but you buy it through a demo and a custom quote, and the production calendar and supplement tracking are on Elite only. Can FieldStacker replace AccuLynx for insurance work?
For many roofers it can; for a big production team, not fully. FieldStacker marks a roof quote as an insurance claim, can read the adjuster's scope PDF, prices the estimate at the replacement cost (RCV) plus approved supplements with the ACV as the deposit, and tracks supplements from requested to approved or denied. It never waives the deductible. It does not create Xactimate or ESX estimates, track mortgage checks or give you a production calendar. If those drive your business, AccuLynx Elite is built for that.
Does FieldStacker give a measurement report like AccuLynx aerial measurements?
No. AccuLynx lets you order aerial measurement reports from inside the app; FieldStacker does not sell or order them.
