Sales tracking software that counts every door, quote and sale
Your doors, quotes, sales, close rate and commission, counted from the work you already log. No end-of-day spreadsheet, and numbers your manager can't argue with.
14-day free trial · no credit card · from $30/mo · no seat minimum
Door-to-door sales is a funnel you can measure: doors knocked, doors answered, pitches, quotes, sales. Each step has a rate, and a small change in one rate moves the paycheck. A rep who gets 10 more answers a day from knocking at better hours earns more without working longer. You only see that if the numbers are counted for you, and counted honestly.
Self-reported numbers drift. "About 150 doors" becomes 90 on a hot day. FieldStacker counts a knock where the rep actually stood, so the doors on the stats are the doors on the street, and the averages you compare against mean something.
What the door to door sales tracker counts
Today, this week, this month, this year or all time.
Doors knocked
Every disposition you tap is a knock, checked by GPS. No tallying at the end of the night.
Quotes sent
Quotes built on your phone count as you send them, so you see how many doors it takes to get one.
Sales and close rate
A quote counts as sold once it's approved, and your close rate follows from quotes to sales.
Commission, quoted and installed
Per-deal commission, with what's been installed shown apart from what's still pending. Chargebacks come off the right deal.
Your pace against the team
Doors, quotes and sales per day next to your team's averages, per day, week or month.
When doors answer
A prime-time heatmap shows the hours people actually open the door, from your own knocks.

Reading your numbers
What each number tells you and what to try when it's low.
| Number | What it tells you | What to try in FieldStacker |
|---|---|---|
| Doors per day | Effort and how much walking time is wasted | Route planner to the warmest doors; start in a fresh new-homeowner area |
| Answer rate | Whether you knock when people are home | Check the prime-time heatmap and shift your hours |
| Quotes per 100 doors | How well the opener and pitch land | Roleplay objections with AI coaching; use owner reveal to skip likely renters |
| Close rate | How well you handle the quote and the follow-up | Set go-backs on every "not today"; e-sign on the spot when they're ready |
| Commission installed vs quoted | How many sold deals turn into paid work | Watch pending deals; record chargebacks against the right deal |
Your stats, counted for you
My stats shows doors knocked, quotes sent, deals sold, commission quoted, verified installs, commission installed and close rate for today, this week, this month, this year or all time. Underneath, Averages puts your pace per day, week or month next to your team's, so you know if a slow week is you or the weather.
- Doors, quotes, sales and close rate in one card
- Commission quoted and installed kept apart
- Your averages next to your team's
Knock when people open the door
The prime-time chart takes your own knocks and shows, hour by hour, how many you made and how many were answered. If most of your knocks are at 11am and most answers come after 5pm, the chart says so and suggests starting later and ending later. It's the cheapest raise a rep can give themselves.
- Built from your own knocks, not industry averages
- Knocks and answers by hour of the day
- A plain-English tip on when to shift your hours
A sales tracking app for small business
If you own a service business rather than carry a rep's bag, your sales are estimates and jobs. The office home shows estimates waiting for an answer, approved estimates to schedule, money owed, and this week against last week, and job costing shows which work made money. Leads from the door and from your website land in the same place, and the knock map keeps the doors you've worked in your neighborhood.
- Estimates waiting and approved, counted on the home screen
- The week against last week
- Job profit from parts, labor and expenses
Where this fits
This page is about the numbers. For how a rep works the street, see the canvassing app. For how a manager runs territories, coaching and the team map, see field sales software. FieldStacker tracks sales for people selling home services and products; it isn't built for political canvassing or voter contact reporting.
Sales tracking questions
What is sales tracking software?
Sales tracking software records the activity that leads to a sale and the sales themselves, so you can see your numbers by day, week and month. For door-to-door that means doors knocked, quotes sent, deals sold, close rate and commission. FieldStacker tracks those from the knocks and quotes you already log, so there is no separate spreadsheet.
What is the best door to door sales tracker?
The best door to door sales tracker counts activity you can trust and ties it to money. FieldStacker knocks are GPS-verified, quotes and sales come from the deals you actually write, and commission is tracked per deal with chargebacks. It runs from $30/mo for one rep with a 14-day free trial.
Is there a door to door sales tracking app that tracks commission?
Yes. FieldStacker logs per-deal commission and chargebacks, automatic road-accurate mileage at the IRS rate, and a quarterly tax set-aside for 1099 reps. Your stats show commission quoted next to commission on installed deals, so you see what is still waiting.
Is there a sales tracking app for small business owners, not just reps?
Yes. A small service business sees its sales on the office home screen: estimates waiting, approved estimates to schedule, money owed, the week against last week and job profit. The estimates list shows each estimate's status and the month's revenue and profit.
Can managers see each rep's numbers?
Yes, on the Team plan ($60/mo for you plus 2 seats). Managers see doors, quotes and sales per rep, a leaderboard, and the live team map with GPS-verified knocks.
Can I track political canvassing with it?
No. FieldStacker tracks sales for reps selling home services and products. It is not built for political canvassing, voter contact or campaign reporting.
