A PestPac alternative for owner-run pest companies

PestPac by WorkWave is enterprise pest control software built for multi-branch operators. FieldStacker publishes its price and covers routes, quarterly plans and summer door-to-door sales.

Pro $30/mo, or $25/mo billed yearly · 14-day free trial · no contract

The short answer: PestPac software, made by WorkWave, comes in three packages (Small Business, Professional and Enterprise), and you speak with a consultant for pricing. Pick FieldStacker if you run a small pest company and want quarterly service plans on autopay, day routes, re-service go-backs and a knock map for your summer reps, from $30/mo. Pick PestPac if you run several branches, take on commercial and multi-unit accounts, and need termite inspections, IPM and chemical tracking.

PestPac is WorkWave's pest control platform, and it is built for scale. The Small Business package covers customer management, basic scheduling and routing, termite inspections, a mobile app, billing and payments, basic accounting, reporting and a customer portal. Professional adds route optimization, IPM and multi-unit support, digital forms, general-ledger export, custom reporting, lead management and marketing automation. Enterprise adds multi-branch management and API integrations. Across the line-up it also offers chemical tracking, a website builder, GPS tracking, and Sales Center for door-to-door reps. Its Wavelytics reporting flags callback spikes by branch, tech and service code. One detail matters to a small office: PestPac's own FAQ says its QuickBooks connection is an export you run, often weekly, not a live sync.

Built for summer sales

Sell the plan at the door, service it on the route

Small pest companies grow door to door. FieldStacker puts the knock map, the signed plan and the tech's route in one app, so a June sale becomes a quarterly visit on autopay.

What every plan includes

  • Knock map with owner names and owner-occupied vs likely renter
  • Territories so each rep works their own streets
  • Quote with add-ons, signed on your phone, card saved on file
  • A quarterly service plan on the calendar from the first visit
  • Day routes for techs, with "On my way" texts
  • A leaderboard and per-deal commission for reps

Questions people ask

How much does PestPac software cost?

WorkWave does not publish PestPac prices. Its pricing page, checked October 26, 2026, lists Small Business, Professional and Enterprise packages and asks you to speak with a consultant to build one. FieldStacker Pro is $30/mo, Team is $60/mo for 3 people and Team Pro is $250/mo for 16.

Who makes PestPac?

PestPac is made by WorkWave, which also makes RealGreen for lawn care, WinTeam and RouteManager. It is aimed at pest control operators who want one platform across field, finance and back office, up to multi-branch enterprises.

How does FieldStacker compare to Fieldwork pest control software?

Fieldwork prices by the number of field users and says office staff are free, with a two-week free trial and no card; its plan prices come from a calculator on its site, so check their site for a number. FieldStacker publishes flat plan prices, techs you add as technicians are free, and it adds door-to-door sales and an included website.

Does PestPac sync with QuickBooks?

PestPac's own FAQ says it uses an export-based QuickBooks integration, not a live sync: you run a general-ledger export, often weekly, and import the totals. FieldStacker syncs with QuickBooks Online as you go, and a payment recorded in QuickBooks marks the invoice paid.

Can FieldStacker handle quarterly pest treatments and re-services?

Yes. A service plan keeps each quarterly or monthly visit on the calendar, and autopay charges the card on file after each one. When a customer calls about activity between visits, book a go-back on the schedule board. Checklists and job photos record what the tech treated. See pest control software.

Does PestPac have door-to-door sales tools?

Yes. PestPac's Sales Center gives reps property insights, a territory map, knock status, service agreements and payment at the door. FieldStacker's knock map adds owner names (up to 25,000 owner reveals a month included), voice notes on pins, a leaderboard and AI objection coaching.
