Their own stock
Each tech keeps their own inventory, with low-stock alerts and a reminder to count. Completing an install logs the equipment used and takes it off their stock. On for alarm companies by default; the owner can turn it on for other trades.
Cleaning checklist and payment
On cleaning jobs, the checklist page walks the steps with before and after photos, then Complete, collect payment by cash, card, check, Cash App, Venmo or Zelle, and email the receipt.
Time clock
Pay your crew by the hour? They punch in, take a break or lunch and punch out on their phone, and you see the timesheets.
Their mileage and pay
Mileage logging and their own finances, with install pay and bonuses credited when a job is marked complete. They can email you a weekly mileage report by job.

Crew app questions
Is the crew app really free?
Yes. A technician or cleaner account costs $0. You pay for your own plan; your crew rides along at no extra cost.
How does a tech or cleaner join?
You send them an invite link from the app. They sign up with their name, email, a password and their mobile number, and the invite puts them straight into your company in the right role. A tech cannot sign up for a crew account on their own.
What does a crew member see?
Their own work: today’s jobs and what is coming up, a map of their open jobs with directions, the customer’s phone, email and address, the job notes, photos, any checklist, and their own stock, mileage and pay. Install offers show the equipment and their own pay, not the customer’s price.
Can they check in and close out a job?
Yes. They check in when they arrive and mark the job complete when they finish. Completing an install logs the equipment used and takes it off their stock. On cleaning jobs, the checklist page ends with collecting payment and emailing the receipt.
Can a crew member move jobs around the schedule?
They can accept a job or send it back, and reschedule their own job. The Schedule Board, where jobs are assigned and moved between people, is for the owner and the office. When a job is assigned, moved or canceled there, the tech gets a notification.
Will customers get a text when my tech is on the way?
Don’t count on it from a crew account. Texts to customers depend on your business’s texting setup and approved message templates, and a crew member cannot send an On my way text on a job you assign them.
Do I need a particular plan?
The crew account is free whatever you pay. To send jobs to your crew, you need a plan with jobs and scheduling: Pro ($30/mo) or a Team plan. Website & Hosting has no jobs to send.
