Scheduling and dispatch

Every tech, every day, one board

Housecall Pro's dispatch is a big reason people pay for it, so here's ours. Every tech runs down the side and the days run across the top, with Day, Week and Map views. Drag a job to another day or tech, and the customer's calendar invite moves with it. FieldStacker owns the schedule and Google Calendar mirrors it.

  • Confirmed and unconfirmed jobs at a glance
  • Go-backs and job offers to techs
  • Day routes in driving order, with updated arrival times

Estimates

Estimates that get signed at the house

Build the estimate on your phone from your own price list. Add optional add-ons the customer can tick, a deposit, or a line discount with a reason. The customer signs on your phone, or scans a QR code to sign and pay on their own. If they don't answer, an automatic follow-up goes out for you.

Customer portal

Customers pay and check visits without calling

Each customer gets a portal to pay invoices, see estimates, receipts, billing history and upcoming visits, and reschedule a booking. When we host your website, the portal runs on your own domain.
