What is the Website & Hosting plan?
It is FieldStacker’s $15/mo plan for a business that wants a professional website and marketing without changing the CRM it already uses. Our AI builds your custom website, and the plan includes the hosting, up to 10 business email addresses, online booking, live chat, offer pages, email campaigns, your digital business card, visitor analytics and API & webhooks that send every lead and booking to your own CRM or tools.
Can I keep Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan or my spreadsheet?
Yes. That is what this plan is for. Your online bookings (and the customer’s own moves and cancels), the forms on your website and landing pages, website chats that leave a number or email, your digital card’s leads and reviews and, for permanent lighting companies, the replies to your lit-up postcards are sent by webhook as they arrive. Anything that can catch a webhook or call a REST API can take them in, whether that is a tool like Zapier or Make, a Google Sheet script or code your own developer writes.
Does the website cost AI credits?
No. Our AI builds your website for you as part of the plan, and building it never uses your AI credits. Credits are only for optional extras such as AI logos, ad images, postcard designs and photo-real lit-up house pictures.
Is a domain name included?
You can connect a domain you already own at no charge, or get a new .com or .net through us for $15. While you stay on our hosting it renews free every year. Up to 10 business email addresses on your domain are included.
What is not included?
The CRM. Website & Hosting has no customer list, quotes or estimates, invoices or card payments, jobs or tech dispatch, service plans, door-knocking map or owner reveal, and no commission or mileage tracking. Those are in Pro at $30/mo, which also includes everything in Website & Hosting.
How are the webhooks secured?
Every delivery is a JSON POST to your own HTTPS address, signed with an HMAC-SHA256 of the raw body using that webhook’s own secret, in the X-FieldStacker-Signature header. You can add up to 5 webhooks, each with its own events. If your address does not answer with a 2xx, the delivery is retried for about 15 hours.
Who can use the API?
Your own business. The key belongs to one business, only the owner can make it, and it is for connecting your own FieldStacker account to your own systems. A developer you hire can build that connection for you, for your business only.
Can I move up to Pro later?
Yes, any time from inside the app. Pro adds the CRM: quotes, invoices, card payments, scheduling, jobs, your customer list and the door-knocking map, and it includes everything in Website & Hosting. We import your customers from your current CRM for free. Plans are month to month with no contract.
