ServiceTitan pricing, explained without a sales call
ServiceTitan doesn't publish a price. Here's how its per-technician, quote-only model works, what each package includes, and the questions that decide what you'll really pay.

ServiceTitan is a large, serious platform built for established residential and commercial trades. Its site covers HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, garage door, pest control and more, plus commercial work like refrigeration and fire and life safety. Software that deep is often sold through a sales process, and ServiceTitan is. That makes "how much does ServiceTitan cost?" hard to answer from the outside. Here is what the ServiceTitan pricing page does and doesn't tell you, checked October 26, 2026.
The three ServiceTitan packages
What each package lists. No package shows a price.
Starter
Dispatching, scheduling, call booking, invoicing and a pricebook. "Request Pricing."
Essentials
Everything in Starter, plus mobile estimates and payroll management. "Request Pricing."
The Works
The full suite: adds configurable payroll, advanced reporting, commission tracking and customizable memberships. "Request Pricing."
Not on the page
The per-tech rate, contract length, onboarding or implementation fees, add-on prices and card processing rates. You'll need to ask.
How per-technician pricing adds up
With per-technician pricing, the bill grows with every tech you put in a truck. Hire your fifth tech and your software cost goes up, even though nothing else in the office changed. That's fine for a shop that bills enough per tech to cover it, and hard on a small crew that's still growing.
Since there's no published rate, the only honest worked example is a formula:
Third-party sites do report figures. TrustRadius lists one ServiceTitan plan at $125 per technician per month and another at $398 per month (checked October 26, 2026). The listing is undated, ServiceTitan doesn't confirm it, and it doesn't say which package it means, so treat it as a starting question for your rep, not a quote.
Questions to ask before you sign
- What is the per-technician rate for my package, and who counts as a technician?
- Do office staff, dispatchers and CSRs cost extra?
- Is there an onboarding or implementation fee, and what does it cover?
- How long is the contract, and what happens to the price at renewal?
- Which features in the demo are add-ons with their own monthly price?
- What are the card processing rates, and can I use my own processor?

Where ServiceTitan earns its price: call booking and recording for a CSR team, marketing reports that tie ad spend to revenue, payroll, commissions and memberships in one system. If you run multiple dispatchers and a call center, look at it closely. If you're a smaller crew, compare it with our ServiceTitan alternative page.

Cost of ServiceTitan: common questions
How much does ServiceTitan cost?
ServiceTitan does not publish its prices. Its pricing page, checked October 26, 2026, lists three packages, Starter, Essentials and The Works, and each one says "Request Pricing". The page says pricing is per technician, so your quote depends on your package and how many techs you run.
What is the ServiceTitan cost per user?
ServiceTitan prices per technician rather than per office user, and it does not publish the rate. TrustRadius lists a ServiceTitan plan at $125 per technician per month, but that listing is undated and ServiceTitan does not confirm it. Ask the sales rep how office staff, dispatchers and part-time techs are counted.
What is the ServiceTitan monthly cost for a small shop?
There is no published number, so the honest answer is: your tech count times the per-tech rate you are quoted, plus any add-ons and any onboarding fee. Get all three in writing. For comparison, FieldStacker is $30 a month for the owner, and techs you add as technicians are free.
Does ServiceTitan charge an onboarding or implementation fee?
The pricing page does not say. It does not mention contract length, onboarding fees or card processing rates either. Ask about each one before you sign, and ask whether the price changes at renewal.
Is there a ServiceTitan free trial?
The pricing page shows no trial or sign-up button, only "Request Pricing" on each package. FieldStacker has a 14-day free trial with no credit card, so you can put real jobs on the schedule before you pay.
Is ServiceTitan worth it for a small HVAC or plumbing business?
It can be for a larger shop with a call center, dispatchers and a marketing budget to track. Its packages include call booking, payroll management, commission tracking and customizable memberships. A crew of one to fifteen usually wants a published price and techs who do not cost extra, which is what FieldStacker offers.
