Software for your house cleaning business

Quote by bedroom and bathroom, let clients book online, keep the weekly and biweekly regulars on a plan, and charge the card when the clean is done. Quotes, schedule and payments in one app.

From $30/mo, or $25/mo billed yearly · cleaners ride along free · 14-day free trial

In short: FieldStacker runs a house cleaning business from one app. You get a price list for standard, deep and move-out cleans, quotes clients can build on your website, recurring plans with a discount per cadence, a cleaner schedule, a 35-step room-by-room checklist, and card payments charged after each clean.

A cleaning business grows on regulars. A client who books every two weeks is worth far more than one deep clean, but only if booking, reminders and payment run without you chasing them. FieldStacker puts the regular on a plan: they pick their dates on their own page, get a reminder before each visit, and pay with the card they saved when they said yes.

What a cleaning business gets

Ready for home cleaning from the first login. Change anything to match how you work.

🛏️

Price by the room

Standard, deep and move-in/move-out cleans as flat packages, then extra bedrooms and bathrooms, inside the fridge, inside the oven and interior windows as add-ons.

🌐

Online quotes and booking

Put the quote builder on your website or your digital card. A client builds their clean, sees the price and books, without calling you.

🔁

Recurring plans

Weekly, every two weeks, monthly and more, each with the discount you choose. Clients pick dates, skip or cancel on their own page.

🗓️

A schedule for your cleaners

Every cleaner down the side, every day across the top. Drag a clean to move it and the client's calendar invite moves too.

✅

A room-by-room checklist

35 steps across the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas and the whole home, so every clean meets the same standard.

💳

Paid after every clean

The saved card is charged when the clean is marked done. A tip prompt goes to the cleaner, and cash, check, Venmo and Zelle are one tap to record.

Regular clients

Keep the regulars on the calendar

Put a client on a plan and the next clean is already a date. They get a link to their own page where they pick visit dates, move one or cancel, so you are not trading texts. You can pause a plan, skip a visit or book the next clean from the job you just finished. Reminder emails go out the day before and two hours before each visit.

  • Nine cadences, from weekly to once a year, plus one-time cleans
  • A discount you set for each cadence, applied automatically
  • Each completed visit charged at the plan price
  • Pause, skip or cancel without a phone call

Your team

Every cleaner, every day, one board

Add your cleaners as technicians at no extra cost. They see their own day, open each job's checklist, and tick off the rooms as they go. Before they start, the checklist has them confirm pets, the alarm code and parking. Before they leave, it has them walk every room, reset the alarm and photograph the finished rooms.

  • Cleaners join free as technicians
  • Drag a clean to another day or another cleaner
  • Photos of the finished rooms saved on the job
  • Job notes carry the client's requests to whoever is going
Getting paid

No invoices to chase

When a client approves a quote they can save a card, and it is charged when the clean is marked complete, through your own Stripe account. Clients who prefer to pay another way can pay by card on the day, or you record cash, check, Cash App, Venmo or Zelle so the books match. Tips go to the cleaner who did the work.

  • Card on file charged on completion
  • An optional tip for the cleaner
  • A receipt emailed to the client
  • Your income, expenses and mileage in the same app

Finding new clients

Reach people who just moved in

People who just bought a home often want a move-in clean and then a regular cleaner. FieldStacker shows recently sold homes in your area on a map, and the marketing suite can mail them a printed postcard. You can also get a website built for your business on your own domain, with the quote builder already on it.

House cleaning questions

Is FieldStacker good software for a house cleaning business?

Yes. Home cleaning has its own setup: a starter price list with standard, deep and move-in/move-out cleans, extra bedrooms and bathrooms, and add-ons like inside the fridge or oven; a room-by-room cleaning checklist; and the same quoting, online booking, cleaner schedule, recurring plans and card charging as the other cleaning trades. Every price and service can be changed.

Can I price by bedroom and bathroom?

Yes. Services can be flat, per bedroom, per bathroom, per room or per window, each with its own minimum. A three-bed, two-bath deep clean is a few taps, and the customer sees the same itemised lines you do.

Can clients book and pay online?

Yes. Put the quote builder on your own website or your digital card's page. A client picks the clean and the extras, sees a real price, and books. They can save a card, which is charged when the clean is marked done, through your own Stripe account.

Does it handle recurring weekly and biweekly cleans?

Yes. A client can choose a one-time clean or a recurring plan, from weekly and every two weeks through to once a year, with a discount you set for each cadence. They get their own page to pick dates, skip a visit or cancel, and each completed visit is charged at the plan price.

Can I give my cleaners a checklist?

Yes. A 35-step home-cleaning checklist covers kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas and the whole home, plus confirming pets, alarm code and parking before you start and resetting the alarm when you leave. Cleaners tick it off on their phone and add photos of the finished rooms.

How much does it cost?

Plans start at $30/mo for one person, or $25/mo billed yearly, with a 14-day free trial and no card to start. Cleaners you add as technicians ride along free. Month-to-month, no contract.
