Comparison · mHelpDesk alternative

An mHelpDesk alternative for current users

mHelpDesk still runs for its customers, but its website is down to one page with no pricing and no working sign-up. Here is what we found, and what moving looks like.

Pro $30/mo, or $25/mo billed yearly · 14-day free trial · no contract

The short answer: mHelpDesk software is still running for existing customers, but on October 26, 2026 its website was a single page: the pricing, free-trial and tour pages returned "not found", and the Free Trial button led to the sign-in page. Pick FieldStacker if you want a field service app with published prices, an open 14-day trial and a free import of your customers and jobs. Stay with mHelpDesk if it still does what you need and its support answers when you call.

mHelpDesk has been a field service app for home-service and contractor businesses for years: scheduling, estimates, dispatch, invoicing and payment in one place. Its homepage still describes those tools, lists a toll-free support line and an email address, links to its iPhone and Android apps, and offers personal onboarding, success coaches and data migration on request. Its sign-in page still works, with options to sign in with HomeAdvisor or Intuit. We found no announcement that it has shut down or been merged into another product. What has changed is the front door: there is no price on the site, the "Get a Quote" and demo links open an email to support, and the sign-up link loops back to sign-in. If you are on mHelpDesk today, nothing forces you to move. But it is fair to ask how long a product with no sign-up page will keep getting new features.

Questions people ask

Is mHelpDesk software still available?

For existing customers, it appears so: the sign-in page works, and the homepage lists a phone line, a support email and phone apps. For new customers it is unclear. On October 26, 2026 the pricing and free-trial pages returned "not found" and the Free Trial button led to the sign-in page, so call or email mHelpDesk to confirm before you plan around it.

How much does mHelpDesk cost?

mHelpDesk no longer shows a price on its own site; its "Get a Quote" link opens an email to support. Some review sites list figures, but we could not confirm them on mHelpDesk's site, so ask for a written quote. FieldStacker Pro is $30/mo, or $25/mo billed yearly, and Team Pro is $250/mo for 16 people.

Was mHelpDesk merged into Intuit Field Service Management?

We found no sign of that on mHelpDesk's site. Its sign-in page offers "Sign in with Intuit" next to "Sign in with HomeAdvisor", but the site does not describe mHelpDesk as part of another product. If you are weighing Intuit's option too, see our Intuit Field Service Management alternative page.

How do I move from mHelpDesk to FieldStacker?

Export your customers and jobs to CSV or Excel if your account allows it, or ask mHelpDesk support for an export. Import them into FieldStacker (files up to 250 MB, with undo), or send them to us: we import your customers and jobs for free. You can start a free trial first and move one crew at a time.

What should I look for in an mHelpDesk replacement?

A published price, an open trial, and the daily tools your team uses now: scheduling and dispatch, estimates, invoices, card payments, and QuickBooks if you use it. Check that your customer list and job history can come with you. Our field service software and best field service management software pages compare the main options.

Does FieldStacker work for the trades mHelpDesk served?

mHelpDesk lists home services, contractors, HVAC and cleaning. FieldStacker works for those trades, with service plans for recurring visits, job checklists and photos, job costing, and a knock map if you also sell door to door.
