An Intuit Field Service Management alternative for QuickBooks Online

Intuit Field Service Management is a dispatch board and tech app built for QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise. FieldStacker runs the whole job and syncs with QuickBooks Online, from $30 a month.

Pro $30/mo, or $25/mo billed yearly · 14-day free trial · no contract

The short answer: Intuit Field Service Management is still sold, as part of QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise. Pick FieldStacker if your books are in QuickBooks Online and you want requests, estimates, scheduling, invoices, service plans and a website from $30/mo, with techs free. Pick Intuit Field Service Management if you run QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise and want a dispatch board tied to it, because FieldStacker does not sync with QuickBooks Desktop.

We checked Intuit's own pages on October 26, 2026. Intuit Field Service Management is still listed as a feature of QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise, "Powered by Corrigo". It gives a dispatcher a dashboard of each tech's work orders, location and status, drag-and-drop rescheduling, Google Maps, equipment and service history, and a mobile app for techs on Apple and Android phones and tablets. We found no notice that it is being discontinued. Its system requirements still list Windows 8 and 10 for the QuickBooks sync client and QuickBooks Enterprise v18 or higher.

Intuit field service management pricing

Intuit does not publish a separate price. A QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise subscription comes with one Field Service Management user; Intuit says "fees apply for additional users" and asks you to contact sales. Desktop Enterprise itself starts at $2,210 a year for Gold, $2,717 for Platinum and $5,363 for Diamond, per Intuit's Enterprise pricing page. For a per-user figure, Fourlane, a QuickBooks solution provider, lists $35 per user per month for 1 to 10 users, with the Time Card and Preventative Maintenance modules at $15 per user each. That is a reseller's figure, not Intuit's, so confirm it with Intuit.

The Intuit field service app vs FieldStacker on your phone

Intuit's app lets techs see work orders, schedules and customer history in the field. FieldStacker's tech view does the day's jobs, checklists, photos and parts used, plus "on my way" texts with the texting add-on, and it sits on the same system as your estimates, invoices, service plans and QuickBooks Online sync.
