What happens when the customer says "while you're here, can you also..."?
Add a change order. The extra lines go to the customer to approve, with their own deposit if you want one, and the job total updates. You are not stuck redoing the estimate on the porch.
Can customers book a handyman online?

Does it work with QuickBooks?
