B2B · selling to local businesses

The door-to-door B2B sales app for selling to local businesses

Local businesses on your map, a pipeline built for business sales, and proposals the owner can approve and pay for on the spot. Then the monthly invoices go out by themselves.

Pro $30/mo, or $25/mo billed yearly · 14-day free trial · month to month

The short answer: FieldStacker shows the businesses around you on a map, lets you add any of them to your list with a tap, and tracks each one through your stages, from the first visit to a signed proposal, monthly invoices and the renewal. It is set up for advertising and media sales today. Pick 📣 Advertising / media sales when you sign up and the business tools are on.

Most door-to-door apps are built for knocking on houses: homeowner names, roof data, new movers. Selling to businesses is a different day. You stop at a dental office, a taco shop and a gym on the same block, you usually meet a front desk before you meet the owner, and the sale is rarely closed on the first visit. When it does close, it is often a monthly agreement that has to be billed and renewed.

FieldStacker's B2B mode is built around that day. The homeowner tools step aside, and you get business listings on the map, stages like Gatekeeper and Has an agency, a point of contact on every card, visit check-ins, and proposals that turn into invoices.

From the map to the monthly invoice

Six steps, all in one app on your phone.

1

Find the businesses

Turn on the business layer and the local businesses around you show up as pins, with name, category, phone and website. Up to 300 in view at once; zoom in to see more.

2

Add them to your list

Tap or long-press a business to add it and set its stage. Importing your own list instead? Upload a CSV of businesses.

3

Visit and log it

Every visit goes in the history. When you log it from the business itself, the visit is marked 📍 at the spot by GPS.

4

Meet the decision maker

Save the owner or manager as the point of contact with their position, so the next visit starts with "Ask for Maria, General Manager".

5

Send the proposal

Build it from your package catalog. It is addressed "Attn: name, position". The business approves it online and pays the amount due at signing by card.

6

Bill and renew

Monthly invoices are created and emailed for the rest of the term. When it ends, one tap on 🔁 Renew starts the next one, with a reminder before it is due.

Stages that match how businesses buy

Every business on your list has a stage, a colour on the map and a history. The stages are written for selling advertising to local businesses:

Where the business data comes from

The business listings come from public map data published by the Overture Maps Foundation (© Overture Maps Foundation), shown in the app with that credit. Because it is public data rather than a paid lookup service, there is no charge per business and no monthly lead allowance to run out of.

The trade-off is accuracy. Phone numbers and websites on public listings can be out of date, and some businesses will have closed or moved. When you find one, flag it as Closed, Moved, Wrong phone or Not a business. The listing gives you the business, not the decision maker: you find the owner or manager in person and save them as your point of contact.

Calling and texting businesses

Two-way texting is an add-on: $15/mo for 600 texts from your own business number, with replies in one inbox. The carriers require a business EIN. Only text a business after they have agreed to hear from you that way. A number on a public listing is not consent, and many small-business owners list their personal cell. This is a practical note, not legal advice.

Is it the right fit?

Honest about both sides.

A good fit if…

  • You sell advertising, marketing or another monthly service to local businesses in person
  • You want the map, the pipeline, the proposal and the monthly invoices in one place
  • You are one rep or a small team and want a published price with no seat minimum
  • You want to start today with a free trial instead of booking a demo

Look elsewhere if…

  • You drive 20+ scheduled account stops a day and need advanced route optimization
  • Your company runs on Salesforce or HubSpot and needs two-way sync
  • You need decision-maker names and direct dials from a data provider
  • You want monthly invoices charged to a card automatically

Questions B2B reps ask

What is a door-to-door B2B sales app?

It is a sales app for reps who sell in person to businesses instead of homeowners: you walk or drive a commercial strip, stop in, find the owner or manager, and follow up until they sign. FieldStacker puts local businesses on your map with their name, category, phone and website, lets you add any of them to your list with one tap, and tracks each one from first visit to signed proposal, monthly invoices and renewal.

Where does the business data come from?

From public map data published by the Overture Maps Foundation. Each listing has the business name, category and, where the data has them, a phone number and website. There is no per-lookup charge. Public listings can be out of date, so a phone number or website may be old and a business may have closed or moved. Flag it as Closed, Moved, Wrong phone or Not a business and it stops cluttering your map.

Do I get decision-maker names and direct phone numbers?

No. The listings give you the business, not the person. When you meet the owner or manager, you save them as the point of contact with their position, and the card shows who to ask for on your next visit. FieldStacker does not look up contact data for you.

Which businesses can I sell to with it?

Any local business on the map. The B2B tools are set up for advertising and media sales today: the stages, the package catalog and the proposals use ad-sales words. If you sell something else to businesses on a monthly or one-time price, the same flow works, and you can tell us what you sell so we can set it up properly.

Can the business pay me in the app?

Yes. The business opens the proposal online, approves it and pays the amount due at signing by card. After that, FieldStacker creates and emails each monthly invoice for the rest of the term, and the business pays each invoice when it arrives. There is no automatic card charge (no autopay). Card payments go through your connected Stripe account.

Can I text the businesses on my list?

Two-way texting is an add-on at $15/mo for 600 texts from your own business number, with replies landing in one inbox in the app. The carriers require a business EIN. Only text a business after they have agreed to get texts from you. A phone number on a public listing is not permission, and many owners list their personal cell.

How much does it cost?

Pro is $30/mo for one rep, or $25/mo billed yearly. Team is $60/mo for you plus 2 seats, so $20 a person ($16.67 billed yearly), and adds the live team map, territories and lead assignment. Team Pro is $250/mo for you plus 15 seats, 16 people at $15.63 each ($12.50 billed yearly). Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, no credit card, month to month.

Is there anything it does not do yet?

Yes, and you should know before you start. It does not optimize a long multi-stop driving route across business stops the way a dedicated route planner does, it does not sync with Salesforce or HubSpot, it does not find decision-maker contact data, and monthly invoices are paid by the business each month rather than charged automatically.
